Good evening,
Today’s message is: It Is What It Is
Stop saying that you are trying. Once you move into action of what you speak you are doing it, not trying to do it. Remember that when you approach your purpose tomorrow and from here on out. Say to yourself, “I have put my words into action therefore, I am doing it.” Trying is when you are still mustering up the courage to do it. Doing it is just that, doing it. It is what it is.
Be encouraged. Be inspired. Be who He created you to be.
Love,
Bella Grace
What a great message. This touch me and will stay with me. You’re absolutely right. Doing it is best. Thank you for sharing.
Mary
I love your take on that phrase!!
I say “It Is What It Is” all the time to my drama team kids…in the context of…”Let’s not dwell on the things we can’t change, but on what God wants us to Do!!”
Great post!
Yes, Yes, Yes!!! And yay for drama…I was a drama major for 4 years at Newark Arts High School! Maybe one day I can come and talk to them!
Come tomorrow!!!
I was raised right outside of Newark, NJ…
I just saw this. email me at wowministry06@gmail.com and tell me the school. I will come. Maybe we can plan for next Friday. Just tell me the day and time.
Hi Bella!!
I just thought you were being nice about the offer to give tips to our drama team!! I can’t tell from your blog where you live, but I don’t leave in NJ anymore, I’m in FL!! We’re not at a school, we’re a small church…over the last 8 years we’ve gone to quite a number of Fine Arts Festivals with the Assemblies of God, and have competed in their FL District Competitions, and also at the National Fine Arts Competition in North Carolina…receiving Superiors in all our entries!! Yeah, God!! There are 57 categories, and we tried to enter as many categories as we could…Essay, Photography, Singing, Drama, Children’s Church Skits, Dancing, etc.
It’s my passion from God!!
Right now we don’t have the same venue for competitions, so God is directing us to do more ministry outreaches into our communities. This year, God has added a new home schooling group of 25 younger kids, so we’re starting with the basics with them, while continuing with the older group that has been with us all along!!
I love your ministry, your blog, your passion, and your compassion…if you were next door, I’d say, “Come on over!”
Let’s leave the door open, so that if you have a trip to FL in your future…you’ll let me know!! Love & God Bless!!
Oh wow, how radical is that!!! Yes, we shall leave the door open. When it’s time, I will look you up and be out there with you all ministering through drama. Amazing as well because I homeschool my children (www.learningwithbellagrace.wordpress.com) Thank you so much. I appreciate and receive all of your support. Please know you have mine as well. Not just for you and your immediate family but for your family in those students through your ministry. God is so radical. I love Him so!!! I will be moving closer to that area soon to re-open my childcare. All according to His plan in His timing. God is doing a new thing….
I have my FL Teaching Certificate, so I’m able to do yearly evaluations for 2 groups of home schoolers run by my friends. I was a public school teacher in NJ, and my son went to public schools, so I’m new at answering questions about home schooling, so if I have questions…I’ll check out your web-site, for sure!!
I’ve got to tell you, the Christian home schoolers who just joined our drama team (25 of them!!) are the most cooperative kids I’ve ever worked with! They’re enthusiastic, they work hard, they’re respectful…I could go on and on!! I love them!! God bless all who home school their child, and teach them about God!!
I love talking to you…God Bless!
